Olive Oils (Aceite de Oliva)
We source from Aceites Benja, the only premium olive oil producer that still ensures the finest quality control by obtaining the olives from their own groves that they have carefully tendered throughout the year, and pressing them within 24 hours. Traditions and knowledge passed down through five generations of the family result in the finest of olive oils.

Olive oil is dependent on the olive variety, the climate, the selection, and the extraction processes. Our range optimise all of these factors, resulting in oils with acidities of less than 0.4°, (most extra virgin olive oils have acidities of 1°) and like great wine there are delicious differences in taste. Arbequino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A very gentle fruit flavour and lightly sweet and almond taste. Ideal for dressing salads, cheese, vegetables and white fish.
Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A deep and unmistakable fresh olive aroma with an intense and persistent fruity flavour with peppery tones. Ideal for sauces, omelettes and scrambled eggs.
Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
An intense fruity flavour with light bitter shades. Ideal for adding to dishes such as stews where a strong flavoured oil is needed. It is the best oil for frying as it is the most stable, and will add depth of flavour to your fried dishes, especially potatoes.
Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Created by the Master Olive Taster by blending the finest Arbequino, Hojiblanca and Picual varieties to form an exquisite well rounded olive oil.

Sherry Vinegar (Vinagre de Jerez D.O.)
The infamous Pedro Ximinez wine adds an unrivalled sweetness to this delicious vinegar. Produced in the heart of sherry country it carries the distinguished Denominación de Origen (D.O.)
