Olives (Aceitunas)
Spain is the largest producer of olives in the World. To obtain premium olive products, quality assurance starts with the selection of the best crop area of each olive variety. Manzanilla (green), Gordal (green/large) and Cacereña (black) varieties are used to provide you with widest range of products in a multitude of formats including: Green and Black olives with and without their stones, marinated, or stuffed with; tuna, anchovy, salmon, prawns, red pepper, cheese, lemon or almonds. We can also provide you with more exclusive regional varieties.


Capers (Alcaparras)

These fruit of the caper bush are delicious as an appetiser on their own or a fantastic addition to any plate of sliced charcutería. Added to many sauces, especially those with a Mediterranean twist or to accompany fish they impart a unique flavour.
